Original publication from the new town project Tapiola, Finland. As one of the first post-war garden cities in Europe, Tapiola is a unique example in urban planning history. The project was an ideological experiment, both socially and environmentally where man of all social classes live side-by-side in a self-contained community and in harmony with its natural surroundings.
